Hi! My name is Asilynn, and I'm the face behind Skinny Mystic. My spiritual journey has only comparatively recently begun and it has changed my life! I'm so excited to use this blog as a creative outlet for personal thought and reference and also as a beautiful, wise, and safe community for the mystic in us all.

I am a twenty-something stay-at-home wife and momma living in a small town in the middle of the north Alabama National Forest. A few of my favorite things are a clean house, a warm cup of coffee, winter, lists, fresh flowers, the color pink, The 1975, tattoos, ritual baths, Green Aventurine, Yoga, and birth charts.

When I quit my job, I vowed to use this time wisely and do all of the things that I said I would do if I had more time. I learned how to cook so many delicious vegetarian meals! I can use a sewing machine! I painted the walls and cabinets in my house! I'm learning to DIY natural household products! And once I picked up a deck of tarot cards, some pretty crystals, and read my birth chart (and then my siblings', parents', and friends') I fell down the mystical rabbit hole and found my home!

New Age Spirituality has filled a hole in my heart. I am thrilled to share amazing information through my own voice on Skinny Mystic. I hope you all enjoy!
